Terms of Use
Last updated 23 October 2026
Qitta (qitta.org) is a free, non-profit volunteer project made by Borna Ahadi to help cat rescuers and cats in Dubai. By using Qitta you agree to these short terms.
What Qitta is
A free community tool to report cats that need help, follow their rescue, find vets, and connect people who want to adopt with rescuers. Qitta is not a company, shop or commercial service, and it is not run for profit. Adopting a cat and contacting rescuers is arranged directly between people.
No money in the app
Qitta never handles money. There are no payments, donations, fundraising or prices for cats. Care costs on a cat's page are for information only. Anything adopters and rescuers agree, such as sharing vet bills, is arranged directly between them, outside Qitta.
Be kind and honest
Treat people and animals with respect. Post only true information and your own photos about real cats. No abuse, harassment, hate, spam or scams. No illegal content, and no buying or selling of animals.
Your posts
You are responsible for what you post. Your photos and words stay yours; you allow Qitta to show them in the app so cats can be helped. Admins may edit or remove posts and accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
Qitta is run by volunteers and offered as it is. We do our best, but we can't promise that what users or vets post is correct, or that the app is always online. Qitta is not part of any meeting, adoption or agreement between users. In an emergency, call Dubai Municipality on 800 900 or a vet, and always call a clinic before you go.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Write to our contact email (coming soon).
